The people and organisations behind every case.
Every mediation that happens inside the Children’s Court is run by someone who volunteered their time, unpaid — backed by organisations who refer, accredit and stand behind that work. This page is our thank-you to both.
Two people who lead by mediating.

Founded the ADR Court Project and has led its mediation practice since 2014. Directs strategy, supervises both courts and signs every Certificate of Attendance.
Thérèsa Luyt
A NABFAM-accredited mediator since 2020, Thérèsa serves as senior mediator on the Court Projects and NABFAM Accreditation Supervisor for the Mentorship Programme — signing off every candidate’s supervised assessment.
Forty-plus mediators. Every one a volunteer.
These are the mediators who regularly give their time to the Court Projects. Contact details are added at each mediator’s own request.
